I too favor the Live from Soho and Alice Lounge songs (not that I don't like everything else Gavin does!) I just think those most show off his vocal ability and really set him apart from other artists in today's world. He's just such a natural! I'm VERY pleased with "Free" It totally exceeded my expectations! This man can do no wrong =)

I loved Chariot and I actually really loved the 2nd album too, however I tend to favour the live recordings on my IPOD like the 'Live from Soho Itunes exclusive', Im really excited about the next album being more raw and earthy, cant wait!!!!!

It seems like Gavin has really been paying attention to what fans have said about overproduction on the last album-- at least, that's the impression I get. I love the songs themselves on "Gavin DeGraw," but am not a fan of the production itself. What Gavin describes in this video is EXACTLY what he should be doing! I'm so excited for the new song preview, and I know Gavin will not disappoint. Thanks for the awesome video!
