  • hey hey! Have you considered - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my father got detailed 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

    I did 30s for each of the ab exercises, and 1min for the standing stuff/jumping/push-ups.

    I did the entire routine twice, like in the video.

  • @0234369 there really is no order ... i put up tons of videos so every day you have a new option to choose from. The main point is that you must workout at least 5 times a week.

  • @Rockna777 yep this will help you burn belly fat and get your abs showing. The thing below my chest is called a heart rate monitor.

  • My kinesiologist gave me all these work outs in your video plus more. I decided to go hard and do all of them in one day and as many sets as I can. Bad idea. I'm still sore a week later!

    I have to do it to get my strength back from back injuries before returning to work.

  • @ThePantyDroper yeah make sure you go easy on workouts when you are recovering from an injury ... the last thing you want is to get injured again

  • hey im 14 almost 15 and wanting to build more muscle get more defined abs , ive been running on the treadmil every day for around 30mins and do alot of intense home cardio workouts few weeks and im just wondering if thats what i should stick too , im pretty unfit so its helping there but I really wanna build muscle aswell , any tips ? also I dont own a weight set nor acces to a gym

  • Cardio builds no muscle at all so if your going to build your body and you dont need to lose wieght dont do cardio just lift weights

  • @midwestchaos1 i agree but to not do cardio at all is a horrible idea even if your only goal is to build muscle.

  • @FitnessBody4L But even if you dont do Cardio your body will be building up the heart as you work out but it just does not target the heart as much by the way the Afro is awesome

  • Two comments. Keep the fro, it helps set you apart from other videos, assuming this is a career interest of yours. And it's good to see you huffing and puffing. People need to understand that even fit people have to work hard and struggle to win. You make yourself real and allow others to identify with you better if they can see they're not the only ones sweating and breathing heavy. Thanks and good luck!

  • How long are you doing each "Round" for? I noticed you stopped after your watch went off. Also, how many sets are you doing of each different exercise. I lost count. Do I only do two Rounds and then stop? Sorry so many questions!

  • ok my last question....i have a tread mill and i wanted to do hiit to get rid of the fat....what speed should i start on if im a beginner ?????...will this take away fat and muscle or just fat???

  • @MrXmannymanx I'm not a professional at this but if I may. If you're beginning to run maybe like 8mph-ish. Running will also build some muscle. Oh yes, and for faster fat burning; after you run you can also do exercises such as the ones shown in the video or similar ones. If you do, you may see results much faster especially if you also eat healthier. It is also probably best if you workout 3 times a week. :)

  • I have a question, I have a very busy life and don't really have a lot of time to work out, What would you recommend I do to get a good work out but in a short period of time (lets say 30 minutes a day)? Also, are there any exercises that you would recommend I could do while at work?
