looking at getting a truck just like this, its got 200k miles though. It has the vortec which I've seen one vortec with 220k miles and another one with 250k miles but the only thing stopping me from getting it is the high mileage. Any other opinions?

@cowboytroyJN - I've got 387K on my old '88 with the TBI 350, and it still fires right up, first crank everytime, even in -0 weather. But I have maintained it religiously too. Only ever run Castrol and Lucas oil stabilizer in it. Royal Purple in the diffs, changed yearly, and Red Line ATF in the trans.

That is a bad ass truck but with all the chevy's that I have owned I have found that the Z71 is alot better of a package than just the 4by4 I have a 2000 silverado Z71 and a 97 4by4 and the 2000 will go a million times further in the mud and snow than the 97 and I have toyo mt's on the 97 but I plan on putting a mini spool in the rear end of the 97 and in the front end if I can?!?

Please stop talking.... You can have a 4" lift and still be higher due to MANY different circumstances. He can have 20" rims with smaller 35's. You can have 16" rims so your tires will look way more massive.. Many things come into play rather than just seeing a video and thinking this truck is smaller than yours.
