  • Should've got Joey's set up in the Reference series. That would've been a kit worthy of a video tour. Just saying.

  • This drum kit is good i got one (my first drumkit) but with 3 toms!

  • That kit is just a waste of money... It is just a Pearl Forum with black finish & 9 piece... With the money, i'd rather buy a Professional drumkit than that...

  • You can buy Starclassic maple for that money.....

  • GAAAH I'M STEALING THIS.

  • Lol You wasteyour cash for this Over rated Novice rdrum set !?? Well I guess everyone had different taste..

  • nice lookin' kit dude. how to you use the hi-hat pedal with it placed there?

  • @boredomisexciting It has been updated since this haha, I bought a hi-hat to bass drum mount so it is right next to the bass drum pedal.

  • @dbdrummer88 aaah but you still use your left foot on it?

  • sweeet kit man i realy like it

  • so i take it your poor with only that many cymbols

  • haha awkward silencee.

  • yeah joey uses paste cymbals, more metal-like sounding

  • dude ur cymbals suck and the joey jordison kit sucks

  • Pretty sweat man, get some better cymbals than zbt's though :P

  • So, you spent good money on worthless drums.

  • you, have a shitload of cymbals lol, very sick set, but those pearl pedals are shitty, i had them they suck

  • that's sexy!!!

  • Is it Pearl?

  • Why do you have a woodblock on your right side? I always thought it was better to be on your left side.

  • WOW.....NOW YOU CAN BE JUST LIKE JOEY JORDISON!!!!

  • @drummer1313 woo!

  • Is the very right ZBT cymbal a ride or a crash? Or a crash ride?

  • MMMMMMMMMMOTHER FUCKKKKKKKKKK I WAnnnnnnnnnnt ITS SO SICKKK :D

    HOW MUCH WAZ IT?

  • I have a question: What would be the best drum set brand for playing metal songs and so on?

  • @erlachersaufglubb check out DW, they have some nice kits.....the rev played on a DW kit and he played metal

  • @erlachersaufglubb It really doesnt matter what brand you get bro... its all about how you tune your drums that will give you what you're looking for

  • @coolmrnoone

ok i´ll keep that in mind

    thanks

  • what rack is that

  • Does anyone know how much this kit retails for with the cymbals it comes with?

  • I have this kit as well. Do the tom arms fuck up for you? the right Tom arm Lock on what i use as the right bass drum doesn't work properly for me anymore, no matter how hard i tighten it, the tom arm rotates freely, it stays at height, memory locks help that, but it rotates whenever i hit it, so it's practically useless, i have to use gravity to stop it from rotating. i really need a rack.. other than that, i'm really happy with this kit =]

  • cheap cymbals cheap kit

  • Is there any more of joey jordison drum kit

  • I measured mine again. Its actually weird. like 12" - 13" - 13" - 15" - 17" - 17"

  • Actually its a 10 piece because theres another 13" tom on the side of the hi-hat like one of yours is. They are all muffled but that one. (I consider it my special tom) it sounds like a timboli

  • I have a 9 piece but it has like 4 cymbals. lol... It had 5 but i use one of the stands for a tom mount cause it doesn fit on the big arm mount i have. I think the tom sizes are 10" - 13" - 13" - 16" - 18" 18"

  • you should bring the hi-hat stand together with the left bass...easy jst buy a 2 leg hi hat stand and get a bass hi-hat connector

  • I'm just curious because I also want a nine piece but I'm stuck on a choice. Do I want 8,10,12,13 inch diameter rack toms, or 8,10,12,14. Both would be followed by 16 and 18 diameter floors... Please give me a reason why also. Thanks!

  • so your just stuck between having a 13 or a 14 tom then? I would suggest the 14, just to keep in line withe the 2" size difference between drums, might make it easier to tune, but other than that its just a price difference on the actual initial purchase, then just buying heads as need be

  • @sk8drumdie0116 yeah the 8,10,12,14, you dont want them to sound almost like the same..its my opinion

  • @sk8drumdie0116 8, 10, 12, 14 cuz its goin by 2 inch incriments and that would make it sound more smooth

  • @sk8drumdie0116 Dude, I got an 18 inch rack ton for god sakes.

  • a beauty...

  • i hate the joey set up so badly... just get a small set up, that is really good, and add to it iver time

  • @CokeCxnt

seriously, the joey set up is for noobs.

  • agree

  • I'd rather get a few good cymbals than a shit load of crap ones. all i see are zbt and b8

  • seriously

  • @Herbaver some people cant afford more expensive cymbals, but i bet u that he want better cymbals

  • is that a paiste pst 18'' china?

  • Dude Thats Sweet :)

  • NCIE

  • the jam block just completes the kit.

  • Diggin the Zildian Cymbals

  • Comment removed

  • They're ZBT's brah, lol

  • 0:16 spinning cymbal

  • i dont see why so many people want signature kits, its not even a real sinature its all printed =S

waste of money if you ask me...unless you can use it =]

    x

  • @3sp0r3s well yeah...but its more about the sound you want...my favorite example is my lars ulrich signature snare....its a freaking monster!...6.5" x 14"....2 ply diamond plate with 3mm slab of steel and die-cast zinc hoops...not every snare got that power...personally its the loudest snare i've ever heard....others...well...a very good tuning in any snare can give you the sound of OTHER signature snare drums...

  • how much?

  • if you from the uk and want this it go to adc drums

  • Awesome looking Kit. Just my personal opinion but I think the Joey "Signature" kits are a joke. They aren't really signature cause joey doesn't use them just a painted up forum series. I've seen and played one too so I've got an educated opinion on the subject.

  • lets see if you deserve it

  • ? I dont really get why people say this, I mean sure im not the best drummer, but i purchased nearly all of it with my own money that i saved up for years, so reguardless no one "deserves" it

  • yeah BeastOfMyOwn is a dumbass.

  • @dbdrummer88 to me if you can buy it you deserve it

  • @dbdrummer88 You deserve it. If you paid for it, you deserve it. You may suck, but either way rock on man!!!

  • yea shut up BestOfMyOwn You little faggot bitch fuck, dbdrummer does deserve it if you seen his drum vids

  • @BeastOfMyOwn your a loser

  • igot the same pedals :D

    pearl P122TW

  • yu got ripped off hey who wants to see this at least say what you got waste of time

  • In What World Is That A Joey Jordison Kit??

  • Its the one you could buy from guitar center, not me trying to build his kit.

  • if you ever sell this let me know i will gladly take it off your hands

  • Can't you like convert your petals to where you can use your heels and not the front of your foot? I can be alot quicker and keep a steady pace like that too. I don't own a drum kit but i'm about getting one. Please guys, if you have anything to say back, don't be rude. I'm just asking. Thanks

  • no, you cant :/

  • Actually, yes you can.

  • proof?

  • One of the sonor pedals let's you play with your heels.

  • thats the twin effect pedal

  • How much did it cost??

  • 900 for the 7 piece, then 200 for the snare, and another 190 for the 18" floor tom

  • how much will you sell it for?

  • not for sale :)

  • You could get a much much better kit for the cost of this kit.

  • no.

  • yes

  • no.

they're pearl exports, and sound amazing.

  • no.

  • yes it does

  • when you buy a drum set, does it come with hardwares?? like the hoops on the toms, the legs for the floor toms, etc

  • Depending if you buy it used maybe not. But one from guitar center or most music stores should give all the hardware you need for the kit.

  • @eisuke120 duh? Ya think theyre gonna sell u an un completed floor tom? Shit, they even throw in the heads on them for free

  • nice drums jsut dont like your cymbal setup but its what evers comfortable to you

  • Chris Adler is pretty damn innovative. Triplets have never been used quite the same in 'band' settings before him. But I'm not saying he invented it or anthing, just improved it. lol

  • alright money bags :P

    nice set up

  • whats the thir tom called and whats the size? and the same with the 2nd floor tom

  • just a bunch of shit cramed in together

  • its a nice set but everything is all over the fucking place. clean it up and slap some evans onyx heads on it and it would be amazing.

  • I have the Onyx heads, they look cool but they are the deadest heads ive ever used. The G2's are a lot better.

  • yeah if you like resonance. onyx heads have projection. theyre great live.

  • Its how he likes it.

  • should of got a TAMA or DW

  • dude that set up looks like dogshit! n change the drumheads, you cant get a good tone with PRO-TONE HEADS lol.

  • ahaha.. pro-tone heads..

i've bought the same drums set, but i've broken then in less 1 month, POWER STROKE 3 forever!!

  • ok here come the facts!

Joey Jordison is a GOOD drummer. he can play better than most of you dipshits but (there always is a but)

he is not unique in ANY way, he has not created anything different,

if you heard a recording of his playing without knowing its him you wouldnt be able to recognize it's him

    why?

because he has no uniqueness in his playing,

he sounds just like any other good drummer.

but he is NOT shit, compared to many, many, many drummers in other big bands.

  • Well, to you he maybe isn´t unique. But he is, just the fact that he produces and writes a lot of music makes him unique. I don't think that he wants to stand out as a drummer. But I don't give a shit. I'm not a "maggot" or what the fuck the fans call them selves. I just think joey does what ever he feels like doing..

  • He means that within all of the drummers that 'produce and write a lot of music' that he's not very unique... I figured that was a given..

  • im whit you buddy!!! joeys is good. might be great, but thats it.

  • It might just be me being a Joey fan, but I can tell Joey's drum style (yes style) from most. He has godly timing and can play really really fast.... That is what really sets him apart from most.

  • This comment is win. Same this Travis Barker. His drumming isn't unique or special at all, except in Barker's case, its not "Fast" its "Loud." Either way, the drummers are good, but unoriginal. As with most drummers nowadays. Where have the good drummers gone?

  • they died after the 70's

  • Ah ah ah, we've got Peart, Gadd, Weckl, Beauford... they're just one in a million, is all.

  • im not a big export fan. i decided to get a Pacific X7 7 piece set with Joey's snare.

  • nice i have a joey j drum set to but its bigger it more then 9 set and he is a legand drummer!

  • Jordison isn't all that great. No offence.

  • yeah...like your any better

  • Never said I was. And I doubt you are either. Highly doubt.

  • i admit im not. not many 17 year olds are better than a 30 year olds who have been drumming for over 16 years

  • And I admit I'm not either. Not many 15 year olds are that good. And really the only "amazing" thing he can do is drum on a platform that turns sideways and stupid shit like that. It doesn't really require much skill to do that.....

  • hes fast. he can do a lot with his toms if you watch the Voliminal and Disasterpiece movies

  • I know he's fast. But I just don't like him all that much. He's alright. I like a few Slipknot songs but eventually I get tired of it.

  • I agree, he can play very fast. Anyone can play fast though, in the words of Chris Adler, write something solid.

  • well his 32nd notes he plays with his feet are pretty damn impressive to me, that shit aint easy

  • Yeah. Like I said, he's fast. He's just not all that good.

  • theres this little thing called heel toe. try it. think before you open your mouth idiot.

  • there aint no reason to call names u fucking cock sucker im jus just mouthing my opinion

  • No offense, but I love how you say there's no reason to call names then go on to call him a name.

  • Hahahah i was about too say the exact same thing! Legend.

  • toms are in a ugley

    place

  • Very weird set-up you have there O.O Try to rearrrange the toms, so the distances wouldn't be so long

  • so lets hear it!

  • Can you change the pedals to Tama Iron Cobras?

  • why Joey Jordison signature ?

  • cause it was a decent price and i wanted a new drum kit

  • can u tell me where u got the 18 inch floor tom? ive been trying to find one for ages

  • It came with that particular kit. It's a pearl if that helps. You can prolly have them make one for you in whatever color you want.

  • O o O thnx dude

  • The 18" actually did not come with the floor tom, it was something i really wanted and had to go in and order it from guitar center (christmas 2007) I know that they discontinued the export line but am not sure if they still sell the drums

  • O o O tht sucks i wanna replace the 14" and put the 16" then 18" cuz the 14" dosent sound very good to me but u got it from guitar center? i didnt see any hmm ill have to ask the dude if they got any, thnx dude

  • yea i had to pre-order it, they dont necessarily sell them in stores but will order it for you directly from pearl

  • awsome! ill probably get that and a 8" bract tom

  • How many did you buy it please ?

  • I have that set too(:

And I got the bass drum and snare is signed by him(:

  • I got the set too but the old 1. And the snare is not signed by him, he has wrote his name down on a paper and then sold it for the set so they just put the same signature on each set on the base drums and the snare. U can easily figure it out that he would not want to sit and sign drums 24/7

  • I know that.

But they had a signing at Guitar Center phoenix.

And i took my snare, and bass head in, and he signed them.

  • Aah, then i get it :P

  • today yes but back when slipknot and iowa went out it was something pretty new to the world. and thats the only reason i liked slipknot. today they are the biggest sell outs ever, which to me is a big disappointment.

  • double bass is a waste of mone and alot of peoples don't even sound the same

  • a lot of peole go for the image if you know how to tune they sound pretty damn close. its really really hard to perfectly tune two kick drums exactly the same but through a PA system and mics you're not gonna hera it anyway

  • because alot of people can't tune drums, smart ass

  • seen biger

  • well yea means ur friends r idiots 2 think its death metal and for hating slipknot btw nice drumset

  • slipknot isnt that mainstream. most of my friends hate slipknot and thinks it death metal lol!

  • so many pedals!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol

  • pedals? u mean cymbals? :P

  • I'd rather go Paiste over Zildjian any day. Esp. those ZBT's are terrible (IMO). But Joey, he is a great drummer, and well suited for Slipknot. And everyone will have their varying opinions on him. But c'mon, Joey is a great Metal drummer.

  • jordison is over-rated

    fuck him

  • JOEY JORDISION ROCKS

    SLIPKNOT 4 LIFE

  • How much did those cymbals costs all to all?

  • he's not using Zildjian but Paiste

  • o btw nice kit

  • Seriously people if you guys hate joey and slipknot why did you go to the top of the screen and type joey jordison anyway or click on a vid saying "joey jordison" at the same time knowing you hate him.saying a waste of money? really, people go buy whatever the fuck they want your not their parents who are you the one to tell us what is a waste and what isnt? do us allllll a favor you ignorant cock suckers and go suck your left nut

  • Fuck Joey Jordison. Fast is all he can do. I also think buying a signature kit is a waste of money. Why not create your own set-up? I have a Yamaha Stage Custom Noveau Set with a Cranberry Red custom finish. I've changed the heads to EC2s for a richer tone. And I most certainly don't overstock on cymbals. I have plenty of spares though. When I can Imma post some videos up as a video response so people can see what a real drumset looks like.

  • If you think fast is all he can do you obviously haven't heard his work outside of Slipknot.

  • haha yep :)

  • fuck you you could never match joey jordisons drumming and ya he can do more than fast i bet i am better than you at drumming

  • y u wasting ur life insulting joey?

  • get a life u mofoing 35 year old virgin who lives in his parents basement, i bet u cant even play on a 5 piece kit!! u fat lazy gorilla

  • how much cost a drum kit like that? over 5k for sure?

  • i have the same drum set without all the cymbals he has on sale for $1,539

  • not a signature because if it truly was a signature it would have all paiste cymbals

  • ...........so when i went to a slipknot concert a month ago, and he had black RUDEs, they said RUDE on them, you're telling me those are black alphas...good job

  • he uses pearl masters, so why dont pearl replicate that, i guess its just the money factor, but sizes could atleast be the same
