  • This was so fun to watch eps @ 2:22 That was EPIC!! And It's so nice to see our young THSK standing on one stage with such great Japanese singers ^_^ So proud.

  • haha, i think tvxq were the youngest group over there, they average age is 20 at that time

  • i miss DB5K...

  • woooa..they stood in the same stage with many great musicians. They had a collaboration with The Gospellers too. And it was 2 years after they debuted in Japan with so many hardships. I love how Japan recognizes them as true singers. I read from some resources that Japan know them not as a dance group, but acapella group. So proud of our boys! =)

    AKTF Cassies! ^^

  • woww..proud of you boys :)

  • Anyone knows where can i get the mp3 song for Won't Be Long?? Love the song but couldn't find it anywhere...

  • is it just me or did the camera keep wandering bak to DBSK? lol. theyre so talented and it must have felt intimidating because they were the only foreign group and the others were so famous in japan's music industry. my heart will always be with DBSK.

    Always Keep The Faith~

    4ever a Cassie at heart-

  • This is a EXCELLENT performance!

  • Wow, this seemed like such an amazing and hyped up performance (lol'd at the hip thrusts xDD); I even started singing and dancing along!

I just wished that the DBSK boys and some of the others were involved more, but I understand that it must've been intimidating for them especially, since the others were such great artists in the Japanese music scene (at that time, the boys were still 'newcomers', I guess). :D

Thanks for the upload! Loved it! <33

  • i just wish that they can be recognized as more than "idol stars" in korea

cuz dey r sooo much more than that!

    LOVELOVELOVE=]

  • @fatalxwishes I have the same thought as you too. People who don't listen to DBSK think that they are just a bunch of pretty boys with no talent..but I always ask them" have you seen their live performances?"...I started liking DBSK after seeing their live performance video, I was blown away, I didn't even think about their looks or anything else, they have amazing vocals, they need to be recognised for more than just an idol group.

  • oo wow, skoop on somebody, gospellers and dbsk? =D woo~(im not really famil with bubblegum brothers though)

    lolol @ the pelvic thrusts.

  • cool performance... i wish someday DBSK sing with Hey Say Jump, if not, I want them to meet... hahaha... i hope sooo...

  • bravo! wonderful performance. yes, eventho' dbsk and thsk comprise the same people, i can see the difference between them. thsk shared the stage with some of the respected artistes in japan. i look forward to the day when dbsk share the stage with some of korean respected artistes such as brown eyed soul and kim gun mo. thanks for uploading this clip, dear.

  • even though i have no idea who are the other artists are except for THSK, i feel that they really are respected singers in japan. i heard THSK mention them as their idols too. i just feel so proud of them singing in the same stage as them. definitely different in korea, in a good way of course lol

  • How come I've never seen this before? But wow...if that doesn't show you the difference between THSK and DBSK, I don't know what will.

  • They're the same band..Tohoshinki (thsk) is their japanese name, Dong bang shin ki (DBSK ) is their korean name, and Tong vang shin qi (tvxq) is chinese...it all means the same thing "rising gods of the east" in different languages.

  • haha no she means that DBSK in Korea concerts/events like this they are the main stars. but as Tohoshinki in Japan they are still "newcomers" and still relatively unknown in a crowd like this.

  • Thanks for kind of understanding what I meant ^^ But my comment was mostly directed at the fact that the boys are such idol stars in Korea and quite the opposite in Japan. The audience and events they perform at in both countries are quite different from each other.

You can tell that Soul Power was an event for music lovers. And I just feel so proud of the boys for being able to stand alongside such great musicians like The Gospellers and Skoop on Somebody.

  • Very, very true. I was incredibly happy when I saw videos of them performing at Soul Power last year. It's not a "boyband" kind of stage. It truly showcased them as a vocal group and not as an idol as "more serious" music festivals like Asia Song Festival does.

  • Koda Kumi and EXILE sang a version of 'Won't be long ' too

  • great song!!! i've heard this song and don't know who the singer is. thank you for the info!!
