that is horribly slow. im running the new mac mini with 2gb ram and 2.26ghz core 2 duo running osx 10.6 snow leopard and after installing a bunch of my usual programs and copying over all my music and files i did a cold boot and i timed it from pressing the power button to being completely logged in and it was 30 sec. i timed you from pressing start til windows 7 was loaded and it was over 90 sec.
even if u timed it just from when the windows GUI started it'd still be over 75 sec... SLOW!!!
it's called microsoft virtuel machine, basically (if you have enough ram) you run a virtual computer in a computer. if you to go now so i won't be answering any questions.. until tonight

Well... if you don't like that your prob..but i like using vm's for youtube video, because i can screen cast everything, even the boot in youtube HD
