I would also believe that the monkey in this video took such huge the risks not as an act of annoyance but perhaps it was trying to chase off the danger, the young cubs, in the only way it can. Perhaps as an act of protecting the younger monkeys. The cubs were just unfortunate to be there playing at the time. If it were an adult tiger being territorial, the "methods" will be less amiable than the monkey's
