Please tell me more about your AUTHORIZATION. Lets not play with semantics. What you propose is dangerous. You can walk away at the end and leave the homeowner high and dry with no time to fight to keep the home.

@gorbloouey With 32 years in the RE industry you should be well aware there is no law making a "right to contract" illegal. Your blanket statement does no one any good.
