hi i love ur vids n try makin em at home ...most of them ;)
Well...i wud b grateful if kindly lemme know how to mae the typical Thai green curry paste and Thai red curry paste. n for how long i can store it in ma fridge?
you can put the oil in a bowl and then later when it cools put it in a bottle if you wanna reuse it ( perferable a glass container so it doesnt melt through if it is still hot ) and yea you can use it again when u deep fry again! =D .... or u can just be un-environmental and drain it
Jezz peoples take a chill pill .. yall are watching this video because yall wanna learn how to cook fish but still judge .. damn ... watch and learn .. keep ur opinion to urself and stop putting others down for their hard work .. jezz ..
That is one heck of a good looking fish dinner right there,. That I will have to try other then a few ingredients that I would have to find. That looks pretty easy to make and with fish being the in thing to eat right now. It would be a perfect dish to cook. I hope you had a great weekend my friend. I love your cooking videos. I would like to wish you a great start to your new week tomorrow.God bless you and your family. You are the best.
@ltkman This may be late, but just thought I mention it. hahaha
When deep frying, the oil has to be hOT before putting anything in. If fish is put in before the temerature of the oil reaching certain level, the fish will just soak and absorbed in the oil. An indication if the oil is hot enough for frying, when u put in the fish, it shouldn't fall to the bottom of the frying pan and sit there. This is my method. Thanks for sharing your VDO.

I watched many of your videos. You stir a little bit too faster than ppl normally do.
It is not necessary an a little disturbing. Try slow down a bit.
Overall all they are good videos.
oceanlike2000 3 years ago
Way to nitpick. I mean out of all the things you could think of it just had to be his stirring.
thedowner 3 years ago 3
meh, it's stirfry. it's meant to be fast.
leifey 3 years ago 2
And it would taste better if stirred slower? And if you dont like it, make your own videos!
transammike 3 years ago
Who are you to judge his stirring? shut up
