is the cauliflower cooked first? Also, it seems like you used a lot of salt. Not too salty? Lastly, what type of oil is that? I think you could have used less to make it healthier. Thanks though
I don't see this as healthy at all...first of all, you are using a large amount of oil to 'fry' the veggies and then more to 'fry' the cabbage. Also, by replacing white basmattie rice with brown or wild rice, you would getting all of the beneficial fibre, iron, nutrients and minerals. If you decreased the amount of oil or better yet, use none at all and water saute them, this meal would be very healthy and tasty.
