a 50cc scooter is limited to 35 period. Read the dmv book. Anything that is labled moped can only go 30 or 35 on a flat surface otherwise its a motorcycle. But then again your from sweden and it could be different in your country but I doubt anything that only has 50cc and is a scooter will go fast.
