Why don't those guys guns effect the monks?

I think their gunshots were just missing the Monks since they move around so much. It's pretty much random as to who dies first, the Monks or gunmen.

At 1:40 there's two men with uzi type guns. The one question that I've always wanted to know is why aren't their guns effective agaisnt the monks?

Dude this was one of the best levels because

the monks helped kill the mercs also if shot

the monks they would try to kill you.

Tomb Raider 2 was always the best.
