As i've never seem super sentai I can't really say which is better but I known that back when I was a kid the first 3-4 seasons of Power Rangers were kickass. I think it was after the space season that it started to lose its appeal.

Dammit the Sentai series needs to be released here with subtitles! I'm dying to see what it's actually like compared to the Power Rangers. I find it hard to believe that it's impossible to get a US release, imagine all the money that could be made from it. This series appeals to many different fans of Japanese shows, Kaiju, Mecha, Martial Arts... It sounds like money in the bank for them to me.

For anyone that's interested, Sentai is in it's 35th Anniversary & Kamen Rider in it's 40th... that's staying power for you!
@KamenDev Tokusatsu (Japanese monsters and heroes in rubber suits) as a whole actually started back in the 1950s, so the whole genre has been something of a phenomenon spanning 6 decades and still going strong. Super Sentai and Kamen Rider are just part of a much bigger family. It would probably take a lifetime to see them all. Kikaida/Hakaida, Inazuman, Kamen Rider, Super Sentai, Ultraman, Zaboga, Makai Knights to Godzilla. You'd probably enjoy all of these too. So many!

@LosAngeles822 the white ranger is orignally from Dairangers, in zyurangers, only the green ranger existed, the power rangers version probably mixed them together to catch up with super sentai, like how kakuranger(the ninja ones) only appeared as a movie for power ranger when in super sentai it was a full series

I know that Super Sentais are the inspirations of Power Rangers but to be honest, the Rangers are way much better than the super sentai, i mean, in the most of the super sentais series, the episodes are so stupid and so ridiculous that i feel emabrrased for watching them,and the Power Rangers are so fucking amazing and have more sense than the super sentai, so i think there are no ponit in comparasion between this series because one is only for kids and the other is for all public, just saiying
