  • This is total crap, i did IF for 6 months and ended up with anemia. Its another flash in the pane like low carb dieting and all the rest. My medical doctor who studied nutrition and does not recommend any supplements being taken in pills or powder, says that all nutritent can come from a perfect diet, and intermittent fasting is not recommended, the blood profile of people on IF is simply terrible. Same thing has when Brad says when you lose weight you don't lose arm size, that is total bull.

    When you lose weight you lose it everywhere, i used to weight 210 pounds solid and decided to lose weight to lower my bf% my arms where 16 inches and a half after losing 20 pounds they where close to 15 inches.

  • Or you could exercise?? Doesn't exercising increase the production of insulin and therefore reduces your risk of diabetes? Why would you tell someone to reduce your insulin levels and put them more at risk and then tell them to take growth hormone to lose weight when all you need to do is cardio for 30 mins a day and control your meal sizes?

    There's a special month called Ramadhan; fast for 29 or 30 days.

    Compulsory.

    After that celebrate Eidul Fitri.

    Other than Ramadhan month...twice a week; every Monday & Thursday.

Im in bodybuilding for 15 yrs use steroids sometiems but always lose everything after cycle as usual, want to try hormone growth , will it give effect in gaining muscles , how many killograms of muscles i can get if i will use it for 3 month , doseage per day ? how much should i use if i want to gain muscles ? and will effect will be the same after use , or i will lose all , like on steroids if i stop ?

  • All these fast fixes are not permanent, you really think that taking hormone injections and supplements will be healthy for long term use??? Try changing your diets and eat healthy with proper portion control. And while your at it try exercising 3-4 times a week.... its not rocket science.

  • Also what you need to do is dose GH multiple times a day, and pay attention to its active time, and off time for administration.

  • Its good to keep in mind the on and off periods of growth hormone. Since GH isn't effective for fat loss in the presence of insulin we probably want the meals that have the biggest impact on blood glucose and thus insulin to be ingested during the time GH is not active. After that meal is digested and insulin rises and then falls back to 90ng/dL we can administer GH and be confident it will have a positive impact on our overall fat loss protocol.

  • Rest is so important. Your explainations are so helpful. I hope you are continuing to get more and more of this information out. So many people are tired of the treadmill mentality of dieting...it simply does not work

  • You guys should really buy his e-book. It's amazing and explains a lot more then he could in a YouTube video. I've seen fantastic results with his recommendation of fasting. The best thing to do is just try it out.

    If that is the case for short-term fasting is based on your protocol found in Eat Stop Eat? Then how about duration of sleep needed and intense exercise? As I am an ectomorph, cortisol is easily triggered as I keep my intense workout to about 45mins. Will that bhe sufficient to trigger GH release?

  • The workouts in these trials are typically ten minutes long, and I'm not sure about the specifics of sleep...it's an area I'm still looking into.
