I kinda did something like this by accident. What I did was I put up one of those door frame pull-up bars in a place where I had to go past it often in my house. My rule was I had to do as many pull-ups as I could every time I walked past it.
At first I was barely squeaking out 1-2 each set. Now I can do about 16 from a dead hang each set and it hasn't even been a year since I started.
Thank you for the lesson. Should I´ve got to do it in first place? I mean, this is for the first exercise of the day, isn´t it?

Nice advice! What happens when you can do a couple of 12 rep sets? Where do you go from there? There doesn't seem to be anywhere to go.
