@DJ8JP its compressor surge, this sound comes from the compressor wheel ... this happens when the rpm's are to low and the boost is too high, the compressor wheel (intake side) beginns to spin backwards and produce this flutter-sound ...

habe den 1.9 TDI 110PS im Golf 4 (ist der gleiche motor der auch im golf 3 vrbut wurde).

müsste ich also auch hinbekommen!?

@Golf4V6Stivi na einfach luftfilter isses nu nich, hans wurst oder latsch und bommel werden das wohl nich auf die reihe bekomm... und man sollte daran denken, das es sicher ncih gut für nen turbo is..

@GeddyLee01 insdofern du nen tdi hast, brauchst du nix kaufen... die td`s können das verdichterablassen nich ganz so toll. tdi`s hingegen wie man hört schon. alles was man braucht ist ein offener luftfilter...

@problemkindtdi Jo thx geht sogar ohne Sport luffi nur mit = 100x lauter :p kann man das nicht hinkriegen das es auch beim gaswegnehmen zicht wie beim bov geht ja soweit ich es gemert hat nur wenn man bei ladedruck den motor aus macht

@GeddyLee01 ja geht auch ohne motor aus machen. musst nur wirklich schnell schalten können, das dann allerdings auch ohne gas weg nehmen. sobald der nächst höhere gang ( ab dem 3ten gang ) drin is, gas ganz weg nehmen. dann kommt das auch

no. this sound is directly from the turbo. if there is pressure and you make the ignition off the you can hear this sound ... but you must have a sport air filter or smth like that, with original airbox it`s very quiet.
