  • levres: fashion is artificial, got it? some clever ideas here, a high level of design, verry nice!

  • now these are the kind of walks I like to see. they make the outfits much more interesting by adding an oomph to their step.

  • the pants aren't low cut enough, when the legs meet in the center front the seem moves when the models walk.

  • i think it's so weird when models don't move their arms when they walk. i understand if the looks are constricting but some of them are just stiff as boards.

  • I love how the camera gradually zooms in and out as the model progresses down the runway.

Although unintentional, it kind of adds a dramatic, intense cinematic effect.

  • I WHENT TO THIS IT WAS AMAZING

  • Oh my god the model at 5:56 walks awful

  • there is something about kim noorda's walk that i just love! her walk beings around 3:03

  • Don't you sometimes wonder what type of thoughts that circulate in Ghesquiere's mind? It is all so unbelieavbly innovative but it still seems wearable. The pants are amazingly well-made but I would love to see Ghesquiere's Balenciaga take on something he haven't really been exploring in his own way. Evening gowns!

  • did anyone else see jennifer connely rocking balenciaga?

    SHE looked amazin in it

  • This is the collection that reassured my love of the Dark Android Women, but it was first Nicolas' S/S 2007 collection which drew me to him, his Terminator Leggings were totally arousing. Oh and of course, his Fall 2006 ankle strapped equestrian platforms were revolutionary, and I love how Mary Kate Olsen rocked them all day every day for the longest time.

  • I beg to differ......

Balenciaga is always so intriguing to me

-Nicolas really does a a good job after u take a look at it and extract the pieces out

-He follows Balenciaga's legacy of being different in a good way and everything is surprisingly glamorous if u look at it

    :]

  • Balenciaga was from Spain

  • The sublime dj Mr. Michel Gaubert once more has created a soundtrack that is a masterpiece...

  • For how wonderfully obtuse the silhouette is here, I felt as though the presentation was beyond lacklustre. The cast was stellar but the actual runway show (pace, music, setting, etc) is so unelegant. The ode to thierry mugler at the beginning wasn't severe enough.

  • i love the clothes, but the girls look like angry robots who are going to eat me 0.0

  • they're like little skinny robots, i love it. lol

  • They're all so beautiful, LBD's have never looked more chic & sophisticated. I love it.

  • So chic sexy and sophisticated HOT! love it!

  • very sheik

  • seriously, I love love LOVE wht McQueen did this season!

  • This is BALENCIAGA Not Mcqueen

balenciaga does ultra sharp cutting rather futuristic

    McQueen does Romance with attitude

that is how you can differ them one from the other

  • yes, I know that's this is Balenciaga. I just posted something that was completely off topic. Sorry if it was confusing. However, there is somewhat of a connection between the two, because both A. McQueen as well as designers for B have deisgned for LVMH. But, thank you for clarifying my comment for everyone

  • I never heard of nicholas at LVMH but both designers are employed by gucci group mcqueen is owned by gucci group and balenciaga is owned by gucci group aswell

  • i never knew Gucci Group was that powerful. I learn something new everyday!

  • Yeah , they own stella mccartney , Yves saint laurent , Balenciaga , Gucci and some others

  • Nicolas Ghesquière, Alber Elbaz and Proenza Schouler are definitely the genious of fashion right now. Wonderful collection for Balenciaga.

  • Couldn't agree more. No love for Marc Jacobs? McQueen too!

  • & lagerfeld without a doubt...

  • and galliano?

  • & philip lim, miuccia prada...

  • Don´t forget of gareth pugh

  • lacroix

  • Cant agree with that list Balenciaga , Lanvin and Lagerfeld mixed up in a martini shaker you'll come up with the most exotic woman in the world

  • haha what!!! emilio pucci or Riccardo Tisci at givenchy lol u did a mix!

  • Nicolas Ghesquiere is pure genuis.

  • I meant genius. Oops.

  • where do I need to sign up to get myself at a fashion show?! Or is this really never ever a possibility.... for a few years now I have tried finding out bookings etc etc... anyone know of anyone I could send a cheeky email to?!

    x

  • Try e-mailing the Balenciaga PR fir they are quite obliging and polite. You can buy seats to certain shows, but they are quite expensive though.

  • Amazing... love it and the music is great esp the last track!

  • i tried so hard to like it, dont know why but some pieces seem trailing off of what is house of Balenciaga to me.

this is not my favorite collection unfortunately.

  • amazing

  • i love this show,,

    by fat the best.

i love the whole thierry mugler feel of the show :D

  • Joe and Will Ask? - Monster (from 2:00) just came out, it is available to download from beatport

  • finally the full show!

    loved it!

    the jewelry is amazing!
