@theone2225 Well i'd try for the mark 3 when it comes out but im aiming for the mark 2. The burst rate on a full frame camera would be less important over image quality because it would be used for more portrait, landscape, and anything not moving to quick. If i need the speed i just switch to the 7d because im going to keep both
@theone2225 I know! the pictures are so sharp, and it is the fastest AF combo ive ever used. Id like to get a 5d for full frame but in terms of speed, this lens and camera combe is the way to go. Happy shooting!

Although, I'm kind of regretting getting the 2.8 is ii. I just tested out the 70-300 l 4-5.6 is usm, boy it is good. I don't really need a fast 2.8... But, I'm gonna wait to see what canon does for the 100-400 replacement. Hope they do the twist (not the push pull) mechanisms to the update.
@ltunit Well the 100-400mm L IS USM lens is from the 90's or early 21 century and they have made it a push/pull zoom so you can't blame them, just wait till 2011 or 2012 for a newer version (maybe since lenses usually get replaced in about 10 years)

@TotalBizcut The 5d or 5d Mk II? Full frame might be nice but on the MK II its only 3.9 fps

I also have the 70-200 2.8 IS and the Canon 7d.....such a great combination!
