S.Sudan should make an agreement with France for a 10yr lease with 25 French mirage 2000s on base(s) close to the oil fields. This action will deter all N.Sudan aggression. Benefit: oil can be sold to France at a discount, French bases close to Chad, W.Africa, Libya and other French interests. Weapons, industrial, cultural trade fosted between the 2 countries. 10yrs gets S.Sudan upto speed with military training/equipment and Food security. The lease could be reviewed in 10yrs

@good2goskee thanks for the comment.. just to let you, French giant, Total has concession in my village since 1980 but couldnt do business because of civil war.. South Sudan is capable of defending herself from North..but we need to break away from Sudan union first..If you have any good message.. please
