I`m from Rockford, Illinois and the first time I saw the Trailer Park Boys was in The Tragically Hip vid For The Darkest One, when Direct Tv started carrying it, I started watching it, and it is easily one of the funniest shows I`ve ever seen, I never fail to laugh out loud while I watch it, Bubbles is one of the funniest characters on tv..always makes me laugh and forget about the stress of every day life for a little while, the mark of a great show

For the record - I was working at this show playing keyboards. Bubbles (Mike Smith) was playing a guitar which was donated and was to be auctioned off after this performance. The guitar was below substandard-it was not intonated or set up. The action was so low that the strings were actually resting on the 12th fret. Mike was a real pro - played the guitar as best he could and did not complain once. He is a very good guitarist and this video in no way represents how good a player he really is.
