I am an Ameircan soldier and I remember it just like yesterday when 9/11 happend. I came to this country as an immigrant. I vowed one day that when i grew up I would servered this country. I am New Zealand Soldier (field engineer). 9 days ago when I was fighting in Afghanistan I got a message from my family saying an Earthquake hit Christchurch New Zealand. My sergent came into my cabin and told one of my squad members that his house collapsed and both his wife and kids were killed in the earthquake. The look on his face is something I'll never forget. He just fell to the floor and didn't stop crying. When I got home my house was destroyed.

This is truly a touching video. Nice choice of song. I love out troups, their bravery and for standing up for the rest of us when we can't/wont. Our Troops do more for us than they get credit for. I hurt for those who dont come back and I'm excited for those who do. Wish we could do something, even just one thing, to show the respect, gratitude, and honor they all deserve.

i like this vid :-) means a lot and thank you for it. my partner is in the australian army and i have mates in the army too. my cuz in the US was in the army too. more ppl need to take a look at vids like this and understand these men and woman are doin a great job and should suport the soldiers more. :-)

The person who made this video should be given a medal. I say bravo, well done. Most of these "queens of the world" in america never think twice about the soldiers. Very few would care enough to make such a good video for them. Thank you to all the soldiers! If men like these led this country we wouldn't be falling. this is a great video. the pic with the very young boy accepting the flag brought me to tears. my husband fought for 10yrs in the army, many of the wives had to fight back home with relatives to keep the positive going. a truely great film! HOOAH!

Thanks for makin a statement that this video is to give thanks to the soldiers.. because we honestly don't get the thanks anywhere else. No one ever thanks my brother, my famly, nor my friends who are military for anything they do. It's sad, and very immature. The soldiers hate this war too, but they are servin in it and dying for the rights each of you are blessed with. So instead of starin at soldiers tell them thanks. It means more than you know to them to be supported.

I love this video.. My brother is in infantry and currently stationed in Germany about to be deployed in June. He's been in the war since that damn 9/11. Soldiers need our support and it's videos like this that touch peoples hearts. Really great video :)

Wow, this video was amazing. I can't stop the tears even now. My husband left for deployment to Iraq yesterday. Seeing him go was the hardest thing I have ever imagined but I know what he is fighting for, and he is doing what he feels he needs to do for his country. I support all my american troops.

this video made me cry. i have 3 loved ones over seas. my boyfriend is in afghanistan and is 3 weeks from coming home, he has been there for a year and can't wait to be home. i also have a cousin that will be out of iraq in aug., and my cousin that i am closest with just got deployed to iraq on the 27th of feb. it is a hard thing to do to leave your loved ones. they all know i am proud of them and love them all.
