@kellyred2008 Thank you for your comment! I did have notes at hand for this speech, but I also recited it several times before actually delivering it, which enabled a lot of the content to stick in my memory. Having been immersed in the content for some time beforehand also helps.
A Bill of Rights is the MOST important part of any constitution and the law. The mere "mechanics" of the rest of the written law are much less central and pivotal.

This presentation was delivered before the incipient Hillsdale Young Americans for Liberty group - currently a small discussion forum with the purpose of exploring the ideas of liberty. Through my influence, I hope that it will grow and host many other similar presentations.
This was an actual presentation that I delivered to a group of people. The camcorder did not have enough storage capacity to record all of it, however, so I recorded the second half (Parts 3 and 4) again on my own.
How do you remember things word for word? I have a good memory but, words are not things I remember well. Kelly
