  • I find if you get into exercising and do the same exercises at the same times each day this helps. Whether it is walking, running, weight lifting or a combination of various exercises.

    I know it takes a while for a sufferer like myself to get motivated to start doing it regularly each day. Even if it is done at lunchtime or late afternoon, it does help.

    Once into this habit I find I will start looking forward to the exercising time each day.
