  • I am sick and tires of these idiots posting the "ultimate" workout programs. People need´s to get into their brain that basic compound movements + isolation (where needed like rear deltoids) is more than enough. Stimulate your muscles, don´t destroy them!. Now, what REALLY builds muscles, is great nutrition... loads of it. Calculate your carb, protein, calories, and fat intake... go around 3 - 500 over your calorie needs, and you are on the right path.

  • @pikken01 You got most of it correct however, you do not need to be eating 300-500 above maintainence. I remember I was doing this with clean food and I added quite abit of fat which was not good. I have since lowered it to 200 above and seing the best progress in strength and size :) All depends on body type and I was a skinny guy man xD

  • Immortals workout routine, spartacus workout routine, batman workout routine, hulk workout routine there's no such thing, there's only workout routine, if you want a great body go to the gym or get some equipment at home, the training methods are the same for decades there's nothing new.

Aside from that the reason people are less motivated to start working out or stop working out is because of the 1 billion so called trainers confusing people when in fact it's simple. This dude doesn't even mention cardio but go on defend him since you know so much about working out.

  • @JluvesD Furthermore this dude just shows you a circuit workout which will decrease your body fat but you won't build much muscle, in other words if you're a skinny guy or a fat skinny guy(no mucle + high bf = fat), after 12 weeks of doing this you'll still be a skinny guy. You think the dudes from Immortals got that much muscle in 12 weeks ? yea right..

  • @JluvesD And that is the reason I was rather irritated, various new people to working out will start doing this routine but in 12 weeks they won't look anywhere near the guys from the movie, so they'll get depressed,discouraged and give up. Some of the things he says are valide but he fails to show you the whole picture. Even if you already have muscle and just want to get cut this routine won't do shit without proper cardio and diet.

  • @EggerGeorg Egger: His deadlift should go deeper (plate to ground or deeper), but his F.Squat is at an OK depth (thigh perpendicular to shank). The depth a person decides to squat to should be dependent upon their hamstring flexibility. Squat as deep as you can/want without pelvic rounding (Once your hamstring can't extend, pelvis rotates). Pelvic rounding can result in lumbar vertebral disk damage if a person is squatting ballistically or with heavy weight. Also: F.Squat his technique is shit.

  • U do Good. But your form on your Front Squats could very easily destroy your knees. keep em behind the toes. other than that, stability balls rock. pushups on those crank up your strength on the bench press.

  • When you go into a stressful workout program and don't see results it's cause you are trying to sculpt your body. Exercise is very good for that, but most of it is nutrition and re-posturing yourself. However I will admit that a stronger body is needed to re-posture yourself in the mirror to improve how you look. But if you stress yourself too much it will make this difficult as you will gain adipose tissue.

    When you look at Brad Pitt striking a pose in Troy, you don't see someone who can stress his body enough to move a lot of weight. You say a body that has decided to 'mold into it's residual model'. Hence the term modeling.

    Don't get a lot of weights, get a background screen and a good mirror.
