After you finish the story for one person you change to another and start over from the beggining with another character and so on to the next, they all have a different story and do different things in the world. Like Aqua ( the girl ) helps Cinderella after the ball while Ven or Terra are doing something before it.

Most of the time you do NOT have a partner to accopmy new you and ushally only during boss fights

The battle system is like 1 and 2. The "deck" system basically means you have a list of any commands you want to use during battle. A maximum of eight slots for commands like Fire, Blizzard, etc.

Never played a kingdom hearts game in my life, but i'm about to... umm... ACQUIRE this game by means I don't deem relevant to my question. So, anybody think I should play 1 and 2 first before this? Or can I just jump right in? Combat looks badass. It's always just been the disney characters that made it look a little... weak. I HAVE seen the sephiroth fight on both, and i've seen some of the more hardcore fights, so yes, i know it has potential. I just wanna know, storyline wise,can I just jump?

actually kingdom hearts was released earlier than dissidia. I finished 1 and 2 before dissidia came out. And birth by sleep was in the making before dissidia came out too. i remember it was 2006 when i saw the secret ending of KH 2. And dissidia sucks. And KH BBS' graphics are way better. try the 32 bit mode in the config. and 333mhz speed. it's so cool

1. How the game looks, its almost the same (or maybe it is the same?) graphics engine.

2. How the controls work, you move forward and backward the camera doesn't change, but it slowly turns when you're walking sideways, only like 1/5 RPG games have that.

3. Most of the attacks are done when the character is floating, even though there is gravity. I've never seen that on any other psp game then this and dissidia, and we know that dissidia came out earlier.
