I met this Korean guy once, I asked him where he is from - he said he was American. I then asked where are your parents from he said 'America'. Then I asked 'Are you not from another country or something?' He again said he is American, I said 'You don't look American, are you not from asia?' He said I'm American but I look Korean??? Finally, he accepted that he was Korean-American. I am from Sweden, but I look clearly don't look it.

I think that Asians do the best job at fully assimilating into American culture. I believe that Asians have a better chance of being accepted than African-Americans and Hispanics.

Why is she asking why she can't be American, when there are tons of Korean Americans, but there's not one American that will ever be considered Korean?
