  • selling this laser, watch my video, 80 dollars, made to order

  • where do you get lasers like this but ones you dont have to pay an arm and a leg for

  • light amplification by simulated emission of radiation.

what retard gave me thumbs down lasers are concentrated light not ice or water or gas.

  • they should make a freezing laser that would be better

  • lasers can only burn fool.

col plasma is what ur thinking of..

  • lol obviously i was just joking

  • hello just wondering if you use safety glasses for using this laser. if so, where did you get them, or would just dark sunglasses work for it?

    Thanks

  • red

  • I got a 200mW 650nm laser module from a eBay seller caled 2008Laser, but the module was weak, and the laser was cold. He sent me another one with no extra cost, butr it was the same lane, weak and cold. I got frustrated with hin. The funny is that much people got 200Mw laser with hin and nobody complained about power.

  • The guy I got mine off from eBay was called shanedominic. The green lasers he sells are naff but I can't complain about the red one I bought.

  • according to wikipedia, "DVD recorders use a laser (usually 650 nm red) to read and write DVDs [...] while the writing laser is considerably more powerful. The faster the writing speed is rated, the stronger the laser is. DVD burner lasers often peak at about 100-250 mW in continuous wave" - you can take the laser out of your broken DVD recorder, mount it into an old flashlight and there you have it

  • Thats dangerous

  • where the hell do you obtain a 250 mW laser? lol and how much is that its gotta be at least 500 bucks, cause a 10 mW is like 130

  • Really i got a 20mW red for $1.99 CAD.

  • how much?

  • oh...

  • why didnt it burn the wall?? it lights a match in like half a second and you had it pointed on the wall for likw 10 seconds....

  • because the wall is white

  • because the wall is white

  • because the wall is white

  • The wall is a light colour so doesnt encourage heat transfer, and unlike the match it is not flammable :)

  • Hi. The seller who sell DVD like laser diode says it have 250MW but the output in continuous wave is just 100mW. So, my question is: Is the laser diode, of those 250MW output power modules, more powerful than the DVD diodes 250MW?

  • where can i get a red laser but in stores not online please reply im despret at least 20$

  • dunno but green is more powerful

  • green looks more powerful as the beam shows up due to it being a more visable colour to the human eye... with red lasers you can get more burning power, depends which way you look at it

  • what kind of red laser... like how many mW?{mega watts}

  • one that dosent burn your hand and is safe

  • it's milliwat you dumbshit!

  • meant that to slater458

  • gaaah, mW = milli watt, MW = Mega watt

  • helal amq

  • Wanna know whats realy cool? That u look into the beam accidently -.-

  • Is there a store that sells these motherfuckers? I can't seem to find anywhere that sells them besides online. And I do not have a credit card at all.

  • Dont think they sell them in stores...

Do you have Postal Orders in the US? If so get on ebay and ask to pay for one by a postal order.

  • i live in netherland and there u can buy them in stores... wel, 1 store xD i am trying to turn my cheap 1/5mW laser into a better 1 :D so it can light matches etc.

  • wat is de winkel naam ???

  • ik weet de naam niet maar als je op marktplaats gaat en dan intypt 100 mw laser dan kun je daar een kaart naar de winkel vinden (is in rotterdam volgens mij )

  • ty ;)

  • CMON man im a freaking 13 year old and I have one, and i live in aus and these are banned to import

If u have a bank acount u can make a paypal and then uve just gata think smart

  • im in aus how did u get it

  • mopanahi u dont kno wat u talkin about at all my hercules laser's diode is 2,400mw and a 600mw beam, and crackedcookies, red lasers dont get that powerful, stop exxagerating

  • Those hercules lasers are crazy :O

Bit pricey though, and not exactly portable lol

  • a laser of that power would burn your retains in 100th of a second also a cd player diode wouldnt work not enough power try a 16x dvd burner diode

  • ya the higher the rating (ex: 24x) the higher the mw. Only for DVD burners/blu ray.

  • 250 mw? bullshit. that's illegal

  • And ebay is wonderful :D

  • alright you're right. btw, can you use a CD player lens?

  • I would imagine so... Ive never really wanted to risk taking one apart though. Plus I dont know the power on them but im sure it can be looked up.

  • so if you were to flash that fucker on someone's eye, would it burn there eye? lol

  • lol I guess so... if ya got them to stay still for a bit... I do have competitions on who can hold it on their finger the longest when you have drawn some marker pen on you. :)

  • hehe !

  • dud, buy yourself a green laser, much cheaper, same result, way cooler...

  • Got one, red definatley burns more and this was cheaper than my 150 green

  • where did u get that and how much?

  • I got it on ebay for around £70. I'm not sure if the guy is still selling them but do a search for spymodex, if you find their site you will find them.

  • Hi. I see the light it's not like was looking 250 times brighter than a 1mW laser pointer. I have a laser that is suposed to bwe around 5 to 7mW, but it's not much brither than a old 1mW laser I had, at least by my memory. Is that normal, be not so much times brighter than the numeric value correspondence?

  • Yeah the numeric value isnt directly proportional to the actual brightness of the laser... mW doesnt mean brightness, its simply power. Red isnt very visible to the human eye in comparison to green either, so with very high mW comes high burning power.

  • when ever the output increases 4 times, the brightness increases by 2 times.

ex. a 20 mw laser will appear twice as bright as a 5 mw laser.

  • INTERESTING... THANK YOU.
