  • 2 people drive hondas

  • how did u install your cobra rear bumper

  • @helmet1A The bumper install was pretty straight forward, I used the stock upper support and screws in the wheelwells.

  • Is that street legal.... I about climaxed when you revved that

  • VACCUM LEAK!

  • You want to get a carbon fiber hatchback trunk for your ride???? I know where to get one deeply discounted....

  • did you make that tensioner bracket or buy it? im going with the same setup and was wondering if they made a bracket for a non power steering car

  • @gw88gt I made that bracket based on a march bracket that eliminates ac and ps.The one i made was taller to mount the tensioner higher so that i could eliminate the smog delete idler and still have it so the acc belt had at least 3 inches to clear itself. This also made so there was more belt wrap on the alt. in case of slippage under boost.

  • @Brokeneagle- those are not vacuum ports. Those are for coolant to flow through the spacer to allow the intake air charge to warm up for emissions. If you block the coolant lines off that flow to the spacer you will theoretically keep the intake air charge cooler, especially with supercharging and turbos.

  • Not to mention you could eat a damn dinner off his engine bay, wow.

  • Thank you for having good taste, every aftermarket thing on this car is ford.

  • that only rev sound gave me butterflys in my stomach hahaa ! gotta luv those Stangs man !!! much respect to you :)

  • @jofizdrum thanks

  • Thats Nice! That 1 dislike must be from a loser

  • Great looking car. I have a 93 fox that I've been working on also. checkout my vids sometime. Craig

  • a 140 spedo is odd for an 89

  • Beautiful car! I have a question though. What's up wit the vacuum ports on the throttle body. They seem unplugged. Are they plugged up inside?

  • nice set-up.. looks sneaky

  • Everything about this car is right even the red inside with halo headrest...great!

  • @fuckyourmother1960 Thanks. I thought the halos made the red seats look much better.

  • Dude whats your exhaust setup damnnn btw sickkkkk licence plate

  • @Fuckimports11 Thanks for the props on the plate frame. The exhaust is bbk longtubes, bbk H pipe (2 1\2) and 3 inch MAC produmps.

  • I now must have that liscense plate! That is amazing!

  • @UPRalex It was available in the early 2000 years My buddy had it on his 03 cobra and I just lifted it. I do not know who has them now.

  • How much was the mod for the five lugs?

  • @tracyriddle2010 The spindles were 50 bucks a side w/ calipers and rotors. i bought new rotors from napa for like 40 bucks a piece and used the calipers ,bought hawk pads from summit for about 60 bucks and the rear ranger axles were 50 a piece and new 5 lug drums were like 20 a piece so i dropped like 340. I know there other alternatives (lincoln front rotors) but the spindles offer more wheel options an offsets.

  • oh and i know its not that impressive but i just posted up a video of my 89...not much into it now just pushing about 315 hp...i get free tires where im from but they are used so i can only play around on them for so long...

  • very nice 5.0 buddy...in the works of putting mine together...gonna drop a new engine in from ford racing for about $5000 and new wiring harness then new rear end all together...have to stiffen up the frame and put a roll cage in if i want to take it out to the track to race...what i really want is to be pushing arount 750hp...what all did u do if any to the frame and about how much hp r u pushing vs twin turbo???

  • @truckermike87 I got bbk subframe connectors on it. It made 517 at the tire with 10lbs. of boost. It now has 14lbs. I plan on freshening up the motor and a cam change. Its best et was 11.30 and best trap was 129 mph. I am running ranger axles right now so I only use drag radials. Hoping to improve everything this winter, we will see where it goes but the motor is coming out for sure and it is getting a different cam. I may 331 it. It is a dss 306 now but i bought it used about 4 years ago.

  • Thats frikin Nice.

  • @TallStarlite Thanks. I just backed into a fence post the other day so i will be getting the rear cover painted again. Some winter work i guess.

  • Can u just put the trickflow manifold with the 75mm throttle body with no problem... Or u gotta do some adjustments?

  • @braulio581 The Trickflow intake goes on with no mods, you can even use your stock fuel rails.

  • Gorgeous

  • Which cam are you running? Am I reading you used two left rear axles from a Ranger? Nice car BTW

  • @alvindavis3 Thanks. The cam is an old compucam 2040 that a friend of mine gave me. The price was right (free),and it works well with the supercharger. Two left rear ranger or two right rear aerostar axles years 90-95 I believe, will get you converted.

  • @89villian @alvindavis3 Two drivers side from '83 to '92 4 cylinder or 3.0L V6 Ranger/Bronco II with a 7.5" rear end or two passenger side 86 to 97 Aerostar. I'm doing the swap this winter! Mine is going to look a lot like yours, except black with a cobra grill insert. Nice car man.

  • Hard to convert to 5 lugs?? Sweet Fox!!!

  • @hpautosales No not really. I used two 95 front spindles and two left rear 92 ford ranger axles, shimmed the ball joints w/four washers ,used all the brake parts from the 95 set up and I think thats about it. Thanks for the comments.

  • Are those wheels from a later year mustang?

  • @punchmaster123 They are bullet style wheels like the ones on the newer cars but they are after market from american muscle. I had to use the 95 style front spindles to use them.

  • That's one bad fox! I hope to put. A v1 on mine soon

  • Hel yeah I street race!

  • 2000 Cobra R hood?

  • @BenEnyuh yes it is the 2000 cobra r style hood.

  • Got a car almost identical to yours. What size rims and tires do you have on there?

  • @musefan321 They are 17x9 and 17x8 in front. Running 275/40 nt05r nitto drags and just 555 nittos up front

  • Beautiful car man. What all did you do to the enigne besides boost it?

  • @xXgreenwoodXxx its a dss level 10 block but i really benefitted from cnc machining to my edelbrock rpm heads that a friend of mine from work did for me. Mild cam ,comp u cam 2040, ferrea valves 205 intake,160 exhaust. Thanks for the comments.

  • very nice!

  • wow man i got an 89 hatchback gt too and its under way in fixing back damn that's the same way i want it to look haha. love it man im just putting on the Lx body and put on the saleen style body on it since the saleen bodykit needs the lx style. love it man keep it up.

  • @93mustangboy thanks man. The saleen kit is defenitely the shit on the fox bodies. Those saleen SC wheels at latemodelresto might definetly complete the look.

  • @89villian most for sure, but im putting on the 99 cobra rims. Im kinda copying my uncle's hatchback only mine's not gonna have the 347 popping out of the hood and it's gonna be white like yours lol.

  • Damn that thing whistles!

  • @jack15501 its the vortech v1sc. quiets down though w/throttle.

  • Looks Good Chris !

  • @ricks3665 thanks Rick. Maybe we can get it together w/the 59 biscuit at a couple shows.
