after I completed this exercise I tried to focus energy between my hands, after i sensed energy i pushed it into my third eye. Immediately after doing this I heard a huge clap of thunder outside. It was a blue sky outside sun shining, it has shaken me slightly.

Going about convincing people that it's fake the way that you're doing it is not going to work.. We who believe it's real believe that just as much as you think it's "fake shit", so it's going to be as difficult to convince us that it's fake as it's going to be for us to convince you that it's real.

I feel much lighter (especially in my head) after the attunement. Also, my favorite part of the video is near the end when he "delivers" the attunement, the blowing noise felt like a gust of wind in a thunderstorm. Fantastic, thanks a lot.

I have been practicing activating my chakras for a long time now, and when I did this meditation, I saw a vortex of swirling colors, all colors just swirling. I have never experienced anything like this before, although I feel as though I am succeeding.

this is truly amazing. I honestly had never seen this video, or heard anything about the colors of chakras before. While following your instructions, it seemed that the next color was already coming into my mind a moment before your verbal instruction. Is that normal?

I also have to say that the remote attunement blew my mind. It makes sense I guess, on some level I understand how energy like that might not require a physical "face to face", if you know what I mean.

Re: remote attunment...I have had some energy come that way but I MUST say that in no way can it compare to 'face to face' . If you are serious, please find a Reiki Master to work with...you won't regret it. Ask the Reiki for a teacher and the teacher will come to you. Blessed One , do well.

Amazing. Right after the final crown chakra my hands felt as if they disappeared... sort of turned into a warm glowing globe instead of my hands. Fantastic. Thank you so very much energyfundamentals. I am going on a date with a girl at 2pm and I am meditating to clear my mind and it is working very nicely.

I hate to criticize as it is free and it is over good except for when you breath into the mic and it creates that feedback, a have meditated for many years but I'm still not at that level that the breathing doesn't pull me out of that beta level of consciousness so I know that part of it is my problem and as you yourself might be attuning maybe you have to get yourself into that mode yourself.. Than again maybe that level of consciousness isn't necessary as I do feel looser. .

I felt no warmness in my hands like a couple of other commenters have said and no difference at all. Is it possible that one or more things in myself are preventing me from receiving the attunement. Do you have any tips on how I can maximize the effect of the attunement on myself to make sure that it works. Thank you in advance.

The first time I tried it I could see nothing or feel nothing. This was using the speaker on my laptop computer and sitting at my desk. The second time I tried it at home with a very good set of headphones. At first all I saw was darkness and the colors in my minds eye were very dim. But when he began to send the energy all I saw was an invasion of light that was so intense it scared me and I opened my eyes. When I closed my eyes back the light came back just as strong

Keep meditating if you can't see or feel your own energy during a private personal meditation it is unlikely that you will have much ability to observe or experience an Attunement. Dosent' mean it isn't working only means you can't see it.

When I started meditating, I often waited for something to happen. During the whole process I monitored myself and expected things to happen. The monitoring worked like a blockage for me.

When the film starts rolling, the screen shows nothing for a second, and then after that, the title or first scene shows up.

The mistake we often make is to judge the movie by those first fragments and go... "I don't see the movie, something is wrong", while those moments are in fact, part of the movie.

Open up, treat the "nothing is happening" as part of the show, and enjoy without judgement.

@nar3sas This might help: If you've ever been hypnotized - successfully, it's so much easier to get to a meditative state quickly. As soon as I heard his voice on the video, I could "snap in", because my mind is primed to go to that state quickly - in fact it WANTS to. You can do this - it's just your mind searching for a way to get where it needs to go and hasn't been told how yet. Search easy self-hypnotizing videos & practice being comfortable in your own relaxation - then try this again.

Yes that is normal. The dizziness is because you are connected to the source. If you still feel that way imagine energy going down t your feet and into the earth. This should ground you and take away the dizziness.
