jheeze i hate the helmet debate, if you wnat to protect your head (and weigh it down so it hits the ground first) wear a helmet, if you like fresh air and can fall properly, you minght not need one, especially where there is no trees. some riders find that wearing a helmet makes them ride harder and faster, some riders find that wearign a helmet gets in the way and stops them from flowing like they feel they can. both sides: GET OVER IT MAKE YOUR CHOICE. btw if anyone cares, i dont use one.
