He cooks in the UK not the US, and of course Gino puts up the exaggerated Italian behaviour but that is all part of the show. Just like in Italy you have your 2 Italian bimbo's in every show flirting with the host.... Now I know that this might not be how you cook in Italy, because I have been there a couple of times, but plz let it just rest and be able to laugh about as much as you would laugh seeing Capitan Bertorelli.

@ss07100ss Can't agree more. But we italians must stop to complain about it. It's like a japanese man trying to eat sushi in Italy. Or an indian lookin' for a real tandoori chicken. Ok, this is not even far an italian dish, but... who cares? They are happy this way. Wanna go for the top? Let's go to England and open a true italian restaurant with true italian ingredients. We'll make a lot of money :-)

And, by the way, this guy doesn't have moustaches, so it's not a true italian man! ;-)

I m sorry to tell you that unfortunatelly when a chef move to another country,have to cook the shit that usually people like's there..like macaroni cheese,which is shit all,or even a carbonara with cream!Carbonara has no cream..you know what I mean! And one more thing,Do you think that if someone would offer you a tv show and ask you to cook a dish that is rubish you wouldn t ?? I would! If they pay ..
