This trip seemed to be good for you. You seemed to have only thought about the days events which I think is great. Good for you. Any chance of Rob telling us what he got or if he finished the hot dog? Did the cats get the leftover hot dog? No reply is required, Just thoughts.

I finished the hot dog. It didn't taste bad. I think Melinda just meant the size and look of it seemed obscene. I had a bowl of chili (which was pretty good). Didn't buy anything for myself at the craft show because it was mainly things Melinda would like.

The cats on the pillow are really beautiful....I bought some handmade soaps today as well, at a farmers market.

I don't like it when it gets to crowded, but if you are selling crafts it sure is better then a show where no one shows up. Sounds like people are willing to spend money on handmade things even in this bad economy...that's good.

Hi Mel. Looks like you made off well with your craft show finds. I love cats so naturally, I love the pillow. :-) Crowds do me in and I will panic if I am alone. Those "Pocky" sticks are thin sticks like pretzels but not coated with salt, and they're dipped in chocolate or other flavors. I guess "Fran" is dipped something that tastes like the Spanish dessert "Flan." We usually think of it as racist to make fun of the way Japanese people confuse R and L sounds in their pronunciation, but it genuinely happens and I don't think they hide it. The Japanese word "ramen" (noodles) is derived from the Chinese words "Lo Mein", if my sources are correct.

I don't like big crowds either. Sometimes, I feel panicked because of it.
