It's the same company. I wouldn't call it a ripoff. That's like saying that Perfect Dark is a ripoff of Goldeneye. It's too similar for me to want to play it, but the same company made it, so I don't think it quite hits "ripoff" status.

Keep In Gates, I think, has more of an intense, up-close-and-personal feel to it, while Quicksilver seems to be more like she's lashing out when you're getting on her nerves.
It's like a song that doesn't want to be listened to. Fits pretty well, really.
