Lama Pai and White Crane both have their slow form called Internal Form. This Internal Form is only taught to a more advance student of Lama Pai or White Crane. If you didn't learn the basics, you won't understand the Internal Form (Needle in Cotton). Yes, it looks like Tai Chi Chuan but it's not.
Chen Tai Chi Chuan is the oldest school. Look it up on Youtube.
leopold that's becaouse the ufc fights are inside a cage and against only 1 oponent imagine just fighting against several oponents using only jujitso or judo techniques... it's absurd because jujitso and judo fights needs you to be on the ground always
i agree, It is quite insular to think of UFC as literally the 'ultimate,' the world is just a lot bigger than that. This is a good thing. However, jujitsu, and by extension, bjj should be respected as very effective MAs. Just wish people would lose their arrogance.
I did not intend for this to be a debate. Besides that demonstration was not even a fraction of the whole system and what I obviously meant is that you cannot judge him based on that alone. Google the system online and also look up sifus Steven Ventura and David Ross. These sifus would put this demonstrator to shame with their knowledge of the system. They also know Hung ga, Taiji Yang style and some Shaolin forms as well.
this is pointless. I've studied for over fifteen years, surely I would beat you in combat, I live in Rochester New York. My teacher puts me to shame, and I generally beat most around. hungga, and yingjow I have studied, I also practiced some taiji and bagua for a few years, you are most likely not near me in training. BUT If you want to spar let me know otherwise don't reply back. This guy hase no power and the sytem looks weak, not threaded together, maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt it.
You are entitled to you're opinions but also realize that there is a "glimmeroftruth" when one does their research of the art. I still recommend that you google.

Kungfu is pretty but hardly effective in a real fight. Look at UFC. Only thing used there is boxing wrestling and jujitsu and a little judo.
