There were not any cops on the actual runway only on the public roads. The runway is A LOT bigger in person and there were several people going well above the dictated speed limit. With both runways combined its over 4 miles of pavement so there is plenty of room and no one was hurt
cool vid but you should mention the fact you're on a Buell in the description. Especially since there aren't many rider's perspective vids shot from a lightning that are this clear.

Did the cops/organizers say not top speed runs on the runway? I'd love that but with so many bikes it probably wasn't safe.

There was actually a very heavy police presence they were mostly on bikes with police cars and SUVs scattered throughout the road blocks.
