what i like about this song is it teeters between that bright disco and that deep disco sound. the instrumentals are naturally bright, but tina's awesome and gritty voice dilutes the instrumentals magically, and gives the entire song an emotional spiritual, and longing vibe that simpler disco lacks....the tune is hot and dirty. will always love it!

I loved this album...I bought it when I was 11 and kept drooling over the cover...I think this is such a a great album...I found it in 1987 at a used record store...Tina got me out of bed as a kid...LOVE YOU!!

I agree i actually loved this album, to bad it flopped. This is the only woman that can sing any type of music.

Unbelievably, this was Tina's last album right before she was dropped from any recording contract for the next FOUR years!!!! I think this great song/album got burried in the myriad of disco albums of that era...This was a killer album as it was produced by the musical genius Alec Costandinos!

"Love Explosion" is an excellent soulful Disco song! It should be better known than it is. It sounds fresh. Lovely vocal approach.
