Turns out the bearings were shot. It was a K26 from an Audi 5000 so I just grabbed another. Cheaper then a rebuild :)

Time for an upgrade!
Yea i wish! haha this car is getting old i don't want to upgrade until i do a full rebuild. I did just purchase a fresh rebuilt turbo for cheap!

Turbo shaft play can make that sound. Wiggle the compressor fins side to side, if they move then you need a new turbo or rebuild the one you have. Just an idea
