God forbid that there ever should be an age when all good music is defined by the sound of one's voice. The most important factor of music is not how someone sounds - anyone can sing and play their guitar - but more importantly it lies in the ability of the performer to get their listeners to feel their music, not just hear it. Copeland does that.

Too bad that theism is out to kill us, as in free thinkers who will never succumb to willful ignorance. This is a meme war, as well as a real war. Just think of Islam and what thoy do to non-believers. This is not the most extreme example, because all religion is like this. I do live and let live where possible (XVX), but they will never stop until all are dead, (just watch Jesus Camp).

the Theistic system isn't messed up. It's the fact that it's ran by humans who mess up everything we get our hands on. The system is right, just look at the people who run it. I am a Christian, but I have my faults just like you. I am not perfect. It's not the system, just the holder of the system.

And, while i will admit that one or two of the songs i've heard hint at christian music, everything else isn't a religious theme with this band. most of their songs are actually love songs. and in eat, sleep, repeat there are a few about personal insanity and insomnia. so, no, they are not a christian music group.

Also, you are saying so much about theists being prejudiced, but what about you? you are cursing up a storm, when nothing prejudicial was said, and against an incredibly vast and varied group of people. NOT all "theists" are prejudiced, or anti-abortion, or any of that (you also mentioned patriarchal, but as theist refers to religion in general, that really doesn't make sense since there are thousands of religions that are matriarchal. ex: native americans).

I saw them open for Switchfoot last spring, but that was before I was a fan. They were great live and I didn't even know the songs then. When live bands get you interested in the music, you know it's awesome. -.-
