If you have access to the actual video, please use a PC digital video conversion card and convert the actual video to a full screen video format and upload it to YouTube.

Using your hand-held cell phone to film your TV screen's replay, is not only amateurish, but it greatly diminishes the effectiveness of the evidence to a mass skeptical audience.

This could be an amazing VIRAL VIDEO if only you could properly convert the video footage into a full-screen format so it can be effectively analyzed.

hmm... the vid dint really sow how the power outage happened... but in the local news here they showed it... but do you think whatever caused the power outage in the stadium, also caused the camera on the helicopter to flicker like that......
