  • I'll try the magnesium. Thank you!

  • Well said. :o) Salt ROCKS I had no idea about the garlic or the bacon. I love both. I have muscle spasms that feel better with hot baths but it does exacerbate the dizziness and fatigue. Some days I have to choose which to treat to make better and what's worth exacerbating. I pay for muscle spasm relief with dizziness. It's never perfect. Thanks for the info! I'll pay attention to the garlic and meats now. Always learning something new...:o)

  • @debradebbiedeb Magnesium works on the muscle spasms and muscle pain. You have to take it everyday, about 250mg to 500mg and you should notice a difference in a month.

  • Thanks for making the video though. Not sure that this (nitrates and garlic) is the answer for everyone with POTS or NMH, but it is definitely worth looking into.

  • This was aimed at those of us who do have a low blood pressure problem.

The companies are NOT using real sea salt. They are using a stripped salt that is called sea salt. They are still not using real salt in any of the foods.

  • I just wanted to clarify that, real salt is a balancer. If your pressure is too low, it will raise it right, if your pressure is too high, it will lower it properly. There are books on this, you can even get some of the books from the Salt and Grain Society here online. And I really encourage anyone with blood pressure problems to read up on this subject. Real salt works.

  • I remember initially I couldn't look at light. When I was driven, I would have to lie down and cover my face. Thanks so much for making this. I can totally relate!! I'm anxious to try the salt. I've been taking 1/2 pill of either advil cold and sinus, aleve cold and sinus, etc. when I'm going out and want to stay upright. I don't over-do it, and it's wonderful. Great information!

  • Thanks for watching. I did leave a few things out. I really should have stressed the importance of salting your food. Salt is our friend with this disease.
