This game is complex, I think it's made for thinkers. Not for people seeking entertainment through special effects and stuff. But people who want more than just a click and attack and watch the fireworks. I love civilization games alot because they are not about it. It's very indepth and you really need to take alot into consideration to achieve victory.

riflemen and archers can kill tank because if you use the same unit too much his str goes down and pretty much becomes weaker than an archer and.... tada your one single tank you braught to the battle dies against 20909829 archers weird i know,

no actually you can beat the game with no strategy what so ever, i did it that way.

At the default setting (I think "chieftan") it is a beginner setting meant to introduce new players to the game without the computer beating them. The normal setting "Noble" is where the game starts to kick a noob's ass(unless cheats are activated lol).
