Check out the plans of both Angkor and Srirangam... they are so strikingly similar.. Both have almost similar ratio of length to width... same number of concentric rectangular buildings... this is seriously amazing... Just have this feeling that, they have somehow the same school of architectural design even.. not just the stupas..
that's interesting. as Cambodia is 'somewhat' related to India. not surprise if we have something similar. although if its that close in building ratio, that could bring up more evidence and stories.
one of the other documentary said that the building of Angkor Wat is 99.9% perfect - no mistake - the layout of the entire cambodia land is also perfect planning.
even today with tools we have, the building is off by few percent with top engineer.

Looks like nothing had developed or changed in Cambodia since the time of Buddha. My gosh, the time of buddha was a ancent india. No wonder the nation's so poor!
The Thais are so clever to build such a wonderful temples at Angkor.
