Excellent form! I like your creative pullup bar, it looks just like a galvanized pipe put over the beam ends with screws lightly put in place to keep it from rolling off. People get up on having a "real" pullup bar as an excuse not to do pullups. Your video is a perfect example of using what you have available - dont spend money when you dont have to!
thanks! yeah, i made it with my uncle. it honestly took no more than 15 minutes to build. the wooden rafters were definitely stable enough, and the pipe was at perfect width for a good grip. two screws in to prevent the bar from rolling, and some metal wiring around the screws for maximum safety. unless you're homeless in a desert, i really don't think it's possible to have 0 opportunity to do pullups.
