First of all; i DIDNt Buy the chinchilla my sister did....... Second i understand your frustrated but trust me i did my research after pepper got here. I stalked up on dust bath and food and hay. And i just bought a 350$ cage for him so hes in good hands..
@pacificaspieler No, their fur is too dense for water-- it gets trapped in there and can cause them to get sick. The dust helps absorb the oils in their fur to keep it clean and very soft.

@unb3autifulcr3atur3 I'm pretty sure the white one is called a Wilson White. It's not like the regular white ones, and it's not mosaic.
