hey what's the chassis/body? Cause the real one was a Miller-Meteor Those hard to find but if I got one I'd not care what the chassis/body was

@microbusss You are right, the real one was a 59 Miller Meteor. The one we used was a 1960 Superior.

@KN1IGHT You going to put on the correct 1959 taillights & front someday? I find one of these in a 1958 or 1960 body I would try to modify it with 1959 front & back ends lol

@microbusss We actually found 59 Miller Meteor tail fins........but unfortunately they are just sitting around in the shop at the moment. :-)

You should paint it like one of the Johnny Lightning Ectos. One of em is a real spooky green and only 17,500 were made. Nice car too. It looks nice for something that old.

Apparently, you haven't watched all the Ecto videos. It DOES get mistaken for a real ambulance, not to mention the real Ecto everytime I take it out. Same quesiton...over and over..."is that the real Ecto?" Is that a real ambulance?

It still has the original steal tank holders, and the etched "ambulance" glass still in tact on it.

So yes.....is does get mistaken for both....all the time.

Everybody can relax i found the car. Needs some suspension work, and shocks, and brakes, brake pads, linings, steering box, transmission, rear end. Only 4800 maybe new rings, also mufflers, a little wiring. lol j/k love the car

No, but by now the car has had so much more done....and it's used mostly for shows. When it is being used to cruise around it, the sirens stay off. :)

Yes, the first ever 15 min I had it on the road. The guy claimed I had a busted tail light. Not hardly....I told him to educate himself on the older series of Cadilacs. :)

Not to my knowlege. I'm sure some of the contraptions up there were intended for that, but the movie and cartoon never really touched on it. Mostly it was the ghost bait, the "sniffer" and lights and gadjets.
