I once attempted a kick such as at the end that Jean Claude did to Regis. Unfortunately, it didn't work out so hot, and she had a wonderful bruise on the side of her head. In hindsight, perhaps I shouldn't have done a jumping spinning reverse cresent kick...perhaps I should have just done what he did. Oh well, needless to say, we're not together anymore....sucks too, cause she was awesome ! Oh well, lessons learned. :-(

Jean-Claude Camille François Van Varenberg is a legend. He keeps his legs light like Bruce Lee and can fly in the air with those big muscles. I think I remember this episode, there was an aerobics instructor regularly on the show. She was showing Regis & Kathy some leg stretches and Jean-Claude comes back in and shows them all an even better leg stretch. Legend JCVD!
