I've gotta 2004.5 POLARIS SPORTSMAN700 TWIN. Had it since its brand new and not a problem out of it other than normal belt wear... BUT, I take it home and clean it everytime I ride it in mud or creek and i take very good care of it as far as servicing it and just general maintanence.. Plus I like the "TRUE" 4X4 system compared to the VISCO and definantly better than HONDA's 3X4....
i have a 2004 and a half and im having so many damn problems with it.. ive put like 1,500 to fix the pos.. and we just got a 06 poalris and we ALREADY had to repalce the starter... thats y i stick with can am :D
if your talking about a 400 then no not 29.5 inch but it could handle 27's with a good clutch kit 4you should check them out the smallest size is 25 inch while the largest is the new 31 inch
i want some 26' gators ill probley get them next year but we ride on tar and hard pack somtimes and i think it ould eat the outlaws down it will the gators to but there cheaper.. i was thinking about maxxis bighorns but i chose gatos
have you thought about maxxis mudzillas??? i havent owned any but everyone i have talked to that has them said they last forever.....someone even told me they had thiers for 3 years and sold hem with 80% tread
i have a 2006 polaris 500 and a 2007 can am 400 and my polaris has more baslls but the can am goes faster but bottems out and gets stuck in mud eay cause of the low ground clearense but what kind of tires do u have on ur can am ?

I love my polaris, 2003 model and it's not had one problem, like a tank with the 4x4 drive on.
