If I had a lot of body fat, I wouldn't eat fat.

If I had a lean muscled body, I'd make sure that I had a stable supply of fat diet.

Modern humans don't need to physically hunt or work on the fields to grow their food anymore, that's why they need to work out.

Most cold-weather climate cultures include a mixture of pure fat in some form in their diet. Check out the bizarre foods ALASKA episode. They use whale fat(Which when broiled is delicious) and seal fat, and all sorts of other things. So long as you live a fairly active lifestyle and eat it in moderation, you're fine.

Andrew Z. is probably one of the healthiest men alive because of what he eats. Sure, he's not a bodybuilder - he's got a belly because he probably consumes too much sugar, breads, and/or alcohol. Animal fats are healthy. Human disease rates have RISEN as animal fat consumption has DECLINED and processed "vegetable" oil consumption has gone up. Don't believe what the media says about health.

How can caviar (an expensive delicacy) be considered "bizzarre food"? It's delicious. I love caviar. Yea it's fish eggs and the pop in your mouth. But it's so delicious. The more expensive it is the less salty it is. The black caviar is like $100 a half a pound. Red caviar can also be expensive. Fish eggs AKA caviar is delicious. ALL RUSSIANS love it.

...Anyway, wouldn't ya know it, Andrew visits Brighton in the last 5 minutes of the show, which I happened to see, and not only that but he went into M & I, a Russian supermarket, which I visit all the time! It was so fantastic to see him in there, and speaking with the owner of the place, who I know very well. Wow, it was so surreal to see this place on tv. And Andrew was biting into things that I eat every week, it was awesome!
