@Roxas0321 Yamamoto is unlocked when you clear Arcade mode with Uptake...who is unlocked by clearing Arcade with Kyoraku...who is unlocked by clearing Arcade with Chad.

Basically, the roster mostly requires some relevant character finish Arcade to be made available.

@Roxas0321 first u clear arcade mode with these characters they r in order: 1. Chad 2. Koryaku (unlocked by chad) 3. Ukitake (unlocked by Koryaku)
