I bought a suspension trainer, can doing assisted hand stand push ups help me build up to free hand stands because this one exercise I want to accomplish
@zuevaxcy23 rings would clearly be best for cross/lever/handstand training and probably the solution you would be most happy with. others who are not as fit might find the trx most useful.
@zuevaxcy23 no foot straps on the rings... at least the ones that i've seen. I think it is a useful function to have the straps for lunges, pushups, ect... no doubt the Rings will do some of the things the TRX will do, but not everything. If $ is the main concern, go with the rings first then...
ive just managed to do a few of these :D (i could already handstand) am i right in saying the whole balancing side of it also tones your back ect due to the fine ajustments you balance with?
does it really take years to be able to free handstand pushups? Please tell me it doesn't lol. I practice like three hours a day and I can do one free handstand pushup, it took me about 4 months... Do you think progress will come faster now that I can do one?

@zuevaxcy23 all are good and have their place... but if I had to choose one, definitely the TRX. It has the most versatility.

Money is not an issue btw.
